A family stopped at an Alabama their trip from New York and ordered 14 chicken sandwiches…

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) accused a McDonald’

in Decatur of intentionally adding bacon to a Muslim family’s meal.

The family, visiting from New York, ordered 14 sandwiches, and upon eating, noticed the bacon,

which Islam forbids. Khaula Hadeed of CAIR called it an act of religious

and ethnic bigotry, especially given the number of sandwiches involved.

One adult reportedly vomited after eating. CAIR is demanding an investigation

and an apology from McDonald’s. The incident sparked social media debate, with

some supporting the family, while others questioned the allegations.
