Fans are mourning the sudden death of actor Doug Sheehan,

best known for his role as Joe Kelly on General Hospital.

He passed away peacefully at 75 in Big Horn, Wyoming, with his wife by his side.

The cause of death has not been disclosed. Sheehan, who also starred in Knots

Landing, appeared in over 100 episodes of each show. His career began in 1978 with

an appearance on Charlie’s Angels, and he earned a Daytime Emmy nomination for his

work on General Hospital. Fans remember him for his charming on-screen presence

and amiable personality. His death has left a hole in the hearts of his many fans
