questioned when her husband gave his mother the house key. Natalie was taken aback by what happened next, and she shared her story with us.

This is Natalie’s letter:
My husband gave his mom our house key. I was furious, but she smiled and said,

“You must have forgotten that I paid for this house!” I tried to argue, but my husband

shrugged and said, “She paid for the house, so we can’t say no!” I couldn’t stop him

from giving her the keys, but I decided to secretly install a camera

Months later, I went on a work trip to another state, but when I returned, something

felt weird in the house. Small but expensive decorations were missing. That’s when

I remembered the camera. I checked it and couldn’t believe my eyes.

My reality crumbled in a second. It showed my husband and his mother packing small items from the house.
