Ingredients:

1 Ribeye steak (about 1.5 inches thick)
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Sear: Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking hot. Season your Ribeye generously with salt and pepper. Place the steak in the skillet and sear for 2 minutes on each side.
