weather across 12 states, including Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania, with snow,
ice, and strong winds creating hazardous travel conditions. A Winter Storm Warning
is in effect from Thursday evening to Saturday morning for areas in East Arkansas,
North- Mississippi, and other regions, expecting 4 to 6 inches of snow and ice.
Wind chills in West Virginia may reach -15°F, with gusts up to 50 mph. Travel is dangerous,
especially on bridges and overpasses, and residents are advised to delay trips if possible,
