Musk Seeks ‘Wave of Impeachments’ For Federal Judges

Elon Musk, head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has called for

judicial impeachments after court rulings blocked Trump administration initiatives.

His criticism followed U.S. District Judge John Bates’ order to restore federal health

datasets removed under Trump’s executive order banning “gender ideology” promotion,

Musk also pushed for impeaching Judge Paul Engelmayer, who blocked DOGE’s access to Treasury data.

In response, Rep. Eli Crane drafted articles of impeachment against Engelmayer. Meanwhile,

FEC Chairwoman Ellen Weintraub is resisting Trump’s attempt to remove her, highlighting

growing tensions between the executive branch, judiciary, and federal agencies.
