BREAKING: AG Pam Bondi Takes Legal Action Against Letitia James and Kathy Hochul

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that the DOJ is suing New York, Governor Kathy Hochul,

Attorney General Letitia James, and DMV Commissioner Mark Schroeder for allegedly failing

to enforce federal immigration laws.The lawsuit targets New York’s sanctuary policies,

which Bondi claims put American lives at risk. She cited the case of Tammy Nobles, whose

daughter was k**ll ed by an MS-13 gang member. Bondi emphasized that similar legal action

has already been taken against Illinois.The DOJ aims to hold states accountable for

obstructing immigration enforcement and dismantling criminal networks. Bondi reaffirmed the

department’s commitment to enforcing federal law and protecting American citizens.
