‘Falcon Crest’ and ‘Star Trek’ Actress dead at 70

Jill Jacobson, known for Falcon Crest and Star Trek: The Next Generation, passed away on December 8, 2024,

at 70 after battling esophageal cancer.

Born in Beaumont, Texas, Jill’s career began with the 1977 film Nurse Sherri.

She later captivated audiences as Erin Jones in Falcon Crest and made notable appearances in Star Trek:

TNG and DS9. Beyond acting, Jill produced films and became a passionate advocate for cancer awareness.

Her manager called her “a force of nature” with timeless charm and humor. Fans can see her final work in Merrily,

premiering in 2025.

Jill Jacobson’s legacy of talent and resilience will be fondly remembered.
