A woman and her husband hired a 23-year-old babysitter to care for

their three children, all under six years old, due to their demanding work schedules.

One evening, the wife returned home around 6 p.m. to find the

babysitter with wet hair, indicating she had just taken a shower. The babysitter explained

that one of the children had spilled milk on her, necessitating a quick

shower while the children were napping. The wife expressed her discomfort with the

babysitter showering in their home, but the babysitter dismissed
