In a rare move, Joe Biden broke the former presidents’ tradition of
silence and criticized Donald Trump during a speech in Chicago on April 15.
Speaking on Social Security, Biden slammed Trump-era proposals, saying:
“They want to let Social Security expire every five years… Who the hell do
they think they are?” He also criticized Trump’s tax cuts for the wealthy
and raising the debt ceiling. Trump Responds, The next day, Donald Trump
hit back on Truth Social, calling Biden: “THE WORST PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY
OF THE UNITED STATES.” He also blamed Biden for crime, immigration issues,
and slammed his border policy. Trump went on to mock Harvard University,
calling it “a joke” and defending his move to strip it of $2.3 billion
in federal funds, citing “woke failure.” As political tensions rise, it’s
clear this war of words between Biden and Trump is just heating up
