Your Body Could Be Warning You With These 9 Signals A Month Before A Heart Attack

Recent studies show that heart attack symptoms in women often differ

from men’s, with many women experiencing unusual fatigue,

sleep disturbances, anxiety, and only rarely chest painNearly 80%

reported symptoms for over a month before their heart attack,

yet only 65% said they would call emergency services.Women’s symptoms

can include sudden or prolonged fatigue, insomnia, dizziness,

shortness of breath, indigestion, cold sweats, and pain spreading

to the jaw, neck, back, or stomach. After menopause, heart attack

risk increases due to lower estrogen levels, and survival rates

for women are lower than men’s, making awareness and regular checkups essential.

Silent heart attacks, which occur without obvious symptoms, are

common, especially in diabetics, and can cause serious heart damage.

Recognizing subtle signs and seeking prompt medical help can greatly improve outcomes and save lives.
