Michael Madsen, the iconic Hollywood actor known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino films, has died at the age of 67.

According to his publicist Liz Rodriguez, Madsen was found unresponsive at his home in Malibu following a heart collapse.

Emergency responders pronounced him dead at 8:25 AM, with no signs of foul play—his death is believed to be from natural causes.

In a joint statement, Madsen’s managers Susan Ferris and Ron Smith noted that the actor had been deeply involved in independent

film projects in recent years, with upcoming roles in *Resurrection Road*, *Concessions*, and *Cookbook for Southern Housewives*.

He was also preparing to release a new book titled *Tears For My Father: Outlaw Thoughts and Poems*. Madsen rose to fame through his memorable

collaborations with Quentin Tarantino in films like *Reservoir Dogs*, *Kill Bill: Vol. 2*, *The Hateful Eight*, and *Once Upon a Time in Hollywood*.

His performance in *Reservoir Dogs* was especially praised, with critic Roger Ebert noting his menacing screen presence. Beyond film, Madsen appeared

in *Sin City*, *Free Willy*, *Thelma & Louise*, and various television roles, also lending his voice to video games such as *Grand Theft Auto* and

*Dishonored*. Tributes have poured in from across Hollywood, including one from *Captain America*

co-director Joe Russo, who tweeted, “Michael Madsen ALWAYS had bite. RIP.”
