Magic Tomato Salad: The explosion of flavor in your mouth

Shorter Version – Magic Tomato Salad Recipe:

Ingredients:

4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
Fresh basil, torn
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: Feta or mozzarella, chili flakes, parsley
Instructions:

1 Prep veggies: Chop tomatoes and cucumber, slice onion, tear basil.
2 Make dressing: Whisk oil, vinegar, honey (if using), salt & pepper.
3 Toss salad: Combine veggies and dressing gently.
4 Add extras: Mix in cheese and sprinkle chili flakes or parsley, if desired.
5 Chill & serve: Let sit 10–15 mins in fridge. Serve chilled or room temp.
