Kanye West Speaks Out About His Wife Bianca Censori’s Nude Grammys Look

Kanye West has broken his silence regarding Bianca Censori’s bold fashion choice

at the 67th Grammy Awards, stirring up intense debate across social media.

The rapper took to X (formerly Twitter) to address the backlash surrounding

his wife’s nearly nude ensemble, which left fans and critics alike stunned.

West defended Censori’s red carpet moment, describing it as a powerful statement

rather than a mere outfit choice. In a now-deleted post, he wrote, “My wife’s

first red carpet opened a whole new world. I keep staring at this photo like

I was staring in admiration that night. Thinking wow, I am so lucky to have a wife that is so smart, talented, brave, and hot.”

He revealed that Censori had taken a break from filming her first movie to make

the daring appearance and that her sheer dress underwent six rounds of tailoring

to achieve the final look. “And just like magic, poof, we disappeared.

Thank you to all the outlets who recognized us and gave us back the energy we put in,” West continued.

The rapper specifically praised Vogue for showcasing Censori’s “rightful strength” in a positive light, before taking a jab at those questioning how his late mother, Donda West, would have reacted to the spectacle. “You don’t know my mama [expletive],” he ranted.

While West appeared to celebrate the moment, the internet had other opinions. Many fans and critics were taken aback by his words, with speculation swirling that he was the real mastermind behind Censori’s revealing look. “Of course he is… it was his decision,” one unimpressed fan speculated.

Others expressed deeper concerns about the couple’s dynamic, with one user bluntly stating, “He obviously has no respect for her, and she has no respect for herself.” Another added, “So… embarrassing and unnecessary!”

For some, the spectacle was simply unacceptable. “It was more than controversial. It was totally inappropriate. Especially since you are Grammy crashers! 😂,” one critic wrote, referencing rumors that the couple was not formally invited to the event. Another pointed out the contradiction in West’s stance on women’s fashion, saying, “Funny how he said he didn’t like Kim dressing in a certain way, but she does this. There’s no excuse for that indecency.”

Perhaps the most heated reactions came from those concerned about West’s daughter, North West. “He’s revolting, and shame on him and her for having North witness this,” one person wrote. Another added, “If that were my daughter, I would do everything in my power to get her away from him. This is abusive and disrespectful.”
